Challenge
Catching the short opportunity window of a sports event season meant completing brand, product, content, and campaign in weeks, not on a normal team-sized schedule.
Approach
I performed the branding, service planning, and UI·UX design for TriplePick, an AI match prediction and sports marketing automation app, and launched it within one week including the frontend, delivered through Claude Code orchestration. Content ran through an automated pipeline of planning, generation, and distribution, amplified by performance marketing.
Result
363K views in two weeks on roughly $700 of total ad spend. The case proves that a content engine combined with performance operations can capture seasonal momentum on a small budget, and it appears as a flagship case in the book Augmented Expert.
Frequently asked questions
How were 363K views possible on a $700 budget?
A combination of content planning that reads seasonal demand and taste, AI-based content production automation, and performance operations that adjust to response. Design made the result, not budget.
